Beau Jackson is a partner at Husch Blackwell and a nationally recognized attorney in international trade and intellectual property law. He leads the firm’s Section 337 practice before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), representing clients in complex trade and IP disputes.

His practice includes intellectual property litigation at the ITC and in federal courts, as well as antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the ITC and U.S. Department of Commerce. He also advises companies on customs, tariff classification, export controls, economic sanctions, and other trade-related regulatory matters. Beau has represented clients before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Prior to private practice, Beau served as a congressional law clerk for the U.S. House of Representatives’ Ways and Means Subcommittee on Trade and as a legal intern at USTR. His experience at the intersection of trade law and executive authority positions him to provide informed analysis on major developments in international trade policy, including Supreme Court decisions affecting presidential powers under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
