      Jeannie Hodes:

As a Director of Rebranding & Research, Jeannie Hodes partners with advisors to help clients explore and refine a range of opportunities in their next season, including board work, not-for-profit engagement, consulting, full-time work, or a portfolio of activities. She additionally leads a team of writers to create compelling resumes, biographies, and LinkedIn profiles that highlight how each executive’s unique

qualifications position them for fulfilling new roles.

A former television news reporter, Jeannie blends her engaging interviewing skills and attentive writing style to help clients rebrand themselves with professional materials that inspire confidence in reaching next season goals. She also leverages her journalism background to break down and learn complex information quickly, respond to changing needs, and meet demanding deadlines.

Before joining MyNextSeason, Jeannie co-hosted a political interview program for Spectrum where she interviewed legislators on a variety of issues. Prior to moving to the Kansas City area, Jeannie managed a capitol news bureau in Trenton, New Jersey and reported for news stations in Fort Myers, Florida and Topeka, Kansas.

A passionate supporter of the Type 1 Diabetes community, Jeannie serves as a Board Member and Kansas Advocacy Team Chair for Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF). In that role, she travels within Kansas and to Washington DC to build bipartisan support for initiatives around cutting-edge research, early detection, and insulin affordability.

Jeannie enjoys speaking to groups at all career stages about presenting themselves with confidence online, on paper, and in person as they seek their next opportunities. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas and lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with her husband and two children.
