Leslie directs the International Trade program at the Missouri SBDC, where she educates companies on international expansion, export, and sustainable development through training, one-on-one business advising, and strategy development. Before joining the SBDC Leslie worked as an international trade specialist for the Missouri Department of Agriculture, and the Missouri Department of Economic Development, where she facilitated and led multiple international trade missions, hosted foreign buyer’s missions, and helped Missouri companies navigate international trade and marketing reimbursement opportunities. Leslie has a master’s degree in Global Management from Fordham University, where she studied international business in Belgium, India, and New York, and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas.
