Caleb Hall (LCB/CCS) is the Customs Brokerage Manager for Scarbrough International at their corporate headquarters in Kansas City and specializes in compliance and Customs clearances into the United States. He obtained his brokerage license in 2016 and currently serves as the Vice President for the International Trade Council of Greater Kansas City.

Jerry Garcia is the Senior Director of Transportation & Logistics for KGPCo. With 30+ years in Transportation and Logistics, first for asset-based transportation and logistics companies and more recently on the shipper/consignee side, working for manufacturers/distributors directly.  Jerry’s knowledge covers domestic and international transportation and both importing and exporting. He is focused on forecasting and identifying government and market trends to identify both the long-term analysis and keeping the immediate costs down.
